Terms of sale

The short version: you buy a file, it is yours to keep and use, and you should not resell it or post it publicly. The longer version is below, in plain language.

Who you are buying from

This store is run by Bright Ndubuisi, operating from Nigeria. Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) and payments are handled by Paystack.

What you are buying

Every product here is a digital file you download — usually a PDF. Nothing is posted to you, and there is no physical item.

Your purchase is a single payment. There is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing will charge you again later.

If a guide is updated after you buy it, you are entitled to the update at no extra cost. Email us and we will send it.

Getting your file

The moment your payment clears, your download link appears on screen and a copy is emailed to you. Links work for 30 days and up to 5 downloads, which is a security measure, not an expiry on your purchase.

If a link stops working, email us for a new one. You paid for it, so you keep it — save the file somewhere you will find it again.

What you may and may not do with it

You may:

  • Read it, print it, and keep it for as long as you like
  • Use what it teaches however you want, including commercially
  • Show it to a friend or family member

Please do not:

  • Resell it, or bundle it into something you sell
  • Upload it to a public group, channel, file-sharing site or website
  • Republish the text as your own work

You are buying a copy to use, not the rights to the work itself. The content stays the property of Bright Ndubuisi.

Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card number, CVV or bank PIN — those go straight to Paystack, and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

We will never call, text or email you asking for a PIN, an OTP, or your full card number. If anyone does that claiming to be us, it is a scam.

Refunds

You have 7 days to ask for your money back, no questions asked. The full policy is on the refund policy page.

What these guides are, and are not

These are practical guides based on research and experience. They are general information, not professional advice tailored to your situation.

In particular, anything touching food, health, money or career is general guidance only. It is not medical, nutritional, financial or legal advice. If you have a health condition, allergy, or a money decision that matters, speak to a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. You are responsible for what you choose to do with what you read.

If something goes wrong

If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we will fix it or refund you. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to what you actually paid for the guide in question.

Nothing here removes any right you have under Nigerian consumer law, including under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act. Where this page and the law disagree, the law wins.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, so the date at the top matters.
